I teach: Most Maths, Sciences, and Grammar

I like to take the time to get to know what my students need. I will either reach out to them, or parent and get a feel for where they’re at in the curriculum, and see where I should jump in and start. Once i have this understanding, I make a powerpoint with the topics, examples, and practice problems, and I heavily encourage students to ask ANY questions they have!

I prefer to match my teaching to the student. If someone doesn’t have a good past with teachers, I take it slow so they can gain trust and understand that i’m only here to help them. I really enjoy helping kids, but each kid is different and it’s hard to describe the teaching method when every kid deserves a different way!

I’ve been working with kids from as little as 3 to as old as 18 for nearly 4 years now. I enjoy helping those who may be lacking one piece to success. I have a little brother who is 4, and I see firsthand just how hard teaching can be these days, and that’s why i’m here to help!
