My teaching style is warm, patient, and encouraging. I understand that learning English can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel safe to speak, make mistakes, and grow.

I personalise each lesson according to the student’s goals and needs. I love seeing my students gain confidence as they practise speaking and begin expressing themselves more naturally.

For me, teaching is about connection, progress, and helping learners believe in their ability to succeed.

I have worked in customer service roles where communication and problem-solving were essential. My experience includes interacting with people internationally, understanding their needs, and resolving customer queries in a clear and professional manner.

These experiences have helped me develop strong listening and communication skills, as well as patience and the ability to explain information in simple, understandable ways. I am confident in working with diverse individuals and supporting them in a positive and helpful way.

I am a patient, supportive, and enthusiastic tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence in using English. My teaching approach focuses on creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to practise and improve.

Through my communication and customer service experience, including working with international clients, I have developed strong listening and interaction skills. I enjoy helping learners express themselves more confidently and improve their practical language use.
