Strukturen för ett fungerande fritidshem där man arbetar både enskilt som i grupp. Vikten av att samarbeta är viktigt då man föregår som förebilder för barnen. Evidensbaserade arbetssätt och metoder för att undersöka barnens sociala förmåga till omgivningen.
