About ed-lesson
Tapping, även kallad EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), är en akupressurteknik som kombinerar uråldrig kinesisk medicin med modern psykologi. Genom att knacka på specifika punkter på kroppen och fokusera på problemområden, kan tapping hjälpa till att lindra exempelvis stress, ångest och fysiska besvär.
