About ed-lesson
I will be teaching and sharing my knowledge in Yoga and Breathing exercises for the ones looking for Yoga practice. I will be also taking lessons in Pranayama as well. Each Yoga Asanas have various benefits and contraindications. So when you join, please let me know about any health issues to me before starting the practice.
